In that time we have observed many recoveries some back to full health and some less so, mostle we have always seen improvement in clients continuing with the program. Our aim is respect of ME/CFS is to promote an approach which is safe and common sense, we aim to help clients steer through an ocean of possible treatment approaches to find a series or single treatment that is helpful to them and does not involve spending amounts of money that lead to further problems in the future. A natural approach is favourable however the most imprtant thing initially is to maintain comfort and develop confidence. We have observed much progress in our patients who also are best at 'PACING' and learning to manage aspects of thier condition so maintaining a certain quality of life. However this does not come easily with a condition that affects so many aspects of human function. .
